Baggage delivery and pickup service to and from airports in Japan

Passengers can have their baggage collected from their lodging in Japan, in advance, and delivered to the airport. To retrieve baggage, please go to the counter on the international departure floor in Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

 

A baggage delivery service is provided in cooperation with Yamato Transport. Upon arriving Japan, you can send your baggage from Narita Airport to any domestic location of your choice. You can also send baggage from any travel destination in Japan to Narita Airport. Pick up your luggage at the counter and proceed to your departing flight.


 * The counter locations are different for passengers departing from Terminal 3. Please check below.

 ・GPA Airport TA-Q-BIN: Counter on the international arrival floor (1st Floor) in Terminal 2.

 ・ABC airport delivery service/QL Liner: Counter on the international departure floor (3rd Floor) in Terminal 2.

 

Bring your baggage to:

The nearest convenience store or Yamato Transport office at least 2 days (3 days in Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa) before your departure. (Reservations by phone are not required.)

Pickup service

Call the GPA telephone center or Yamato Transport office at least 3 days (4 days in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa) before leaving Japan.
